W.L. Bill Sisson

President & CEO

Current Role: Mr. Sisson is actively involved in the day-to-day management of the company's operations. He oversees the firm's strategic planning and advisory services, financial management and quality control for WLS Interests' operations in all cities. He receives daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly occupancy and financial reports from each property, works with property owners to develop marketing and capital improvement initiatives and oversees the development activities of the company.

• Partner/General Manager of R.J. Fulscher Company, Denver, Colorado- management of 6000 residential units and 260,000 s.f. of commercial space.
• REIT property manager-50 million in assets.
• Former Member-Board of directors-Texas Apartment Association
• Former President-Bryan/College Station Apartment Association.
• U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development "top Performing Multifamily Property Award"- Two separate awards received in 2000.

Stacy Meza

Vice President of Operations

Mrs. Meza oversees WLS Interests' property management division. She is directly involved in associate training and development, financial planning, market evaluations and constant communication with property owners.

Stacy Meza offers over 29 years of property management experience. She joined Trammell Crow Residential Services in 1989 and participated in the spin-off to form Gables Residential, a New York Stock Exchange traded company, in 1994. While serving on the Chairman's Council for Gables Residential, she was a key associate in the development of the newly formed company's core values, mission statement and promotion of the new identity in the Texas Region.

In 1996, she re-joined Trammell Crow Residential Services to participate in rebuilding the company in the Texas market. She was a key associate in hiring and training over eighty new associates for simultaneous lease-up projects. During this period, she was recognized as the National recipient of the Achiever's Circle Award.

Sandra Silva

Division Manager / Tax Credit Compliance Manager

Sandra Silva has been an employee of WLS Interests, Inc. since December 2001. She obtained an Associate's Degree in Social Work. Her career started as a leasing agent in the Rio Grande Valley. With hard work and dedication, she was promoted by the company to Property Manager on various assets. Her portfolio includes LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 properties. Sandra is certified and holds the position of tax credit compliance manager for WLS Interests, Inc. She has served as Project Manager over renovation properties in Huntsville, McAllen and Port Arthur, Texas. Sandra is our Property Supervisor for all assets in South Texas.

Accounting Team

Our accounting team is led by Mandy Brunskill. She offers over 20+ years of accounting experience. Working along-side Mandy are Tina Gunn and Jasmine Padilla. They work closely together as an effective team to meet strict deadlines, maintain detailed financials, and assist owners with any questions; all in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, they have daily communication with on-site managers to ensure on-time payments to vendors.

Chandler Ledesma-Wilson

Creative Designer & Social Media Coordinator

Chandler Ledesma-Wilson offers over 10 years in property management experience both onsite and at the corporate-level. He assists with all levels of implementing and maintaining marketing plans including social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google settings and reviews. In addition, he oversees traffic enhancement responsibilities by creating and monitoring websites, overseeing marketing strategies through design of banners, bandit signs, direct mailers and all collateral materials. He also serves as the Assistant to the Vice President.
