coming together to give back
Our team at The Trails on Jackson proudly hosted a three-week Food Drive, bringing together both residents and staff in a shared effort to support our local community. The outpouring of generosity made a meaningful impact, and we’re grateful to everyone who contributed items and lent a helping hand along the way.
As part of this initiative, the team delivered all collected donations and captured a short video to highlight the moment. Their dedication reflects the heart of our mission — serving not only our residents, but the broader community around us.
Looking ahead, The Trails team will be partnering with Emily’s Meals next month for a scheduled food delivery on the 18th. They look forward to continuing this spirit of service and welcoming other WLS communities who may be interested in joining future volunteer efforts.
